Premium Apple Wine

From a nearby tree, growing alongside the river I picked a 5 gallon bucket of apples in about 5 minutes. Now 2 month later, after careful and learned wine making steps, 20+ bottles of some of the best wine I have yet to make.

Yum.....!!!

It's going to be a nice winter sipping some smooth tasting wine, watching the snow fall, etc....

At the bottom is the Bentonite clearing clay that I recently learned how to use. Upper portion has been dramatically cleared. Nice to look at, nicer to sip. Life is good, with good, nay, GREAT wine!

I've had 175 PM's telling me that I shouldn't allow you to post this unless you were willing to share the wine with everyone but fortunately before I deleted the thread I saw your PM telling me you had already shipped a case to me so I just deleted all the other PM's.

Sadly that rich golden honey color did not hold in the smaller 750ml bottles. Good stuff, though. I picked another 5 gallon buckets worth, and started two 6 gallon worth, and in another week I'll do another run with the fruit combined. 80 bottles most likely.

I am giving away a lot of wine. I had a neighbor help be bring down a tree that was leaning towards the cabin a bit to much. He brought the tractor, chains, snatch block and 100+ feet of cable. I made the cut, the Red Fir fell where we planned, and I gave him a magnum bottle of Rhubarb Wine. Good deal for the both of us.
