It saddens me to see how all this new technology is eroding the basic shooting skills that the average American was known for. My son talks about guys he runs into at his local range in Michigan that have no idea how to shoot a rifle with iron sights let alone zero in a scope.

That is true Chuck, but I don't think the best marksman in the world could shoot a moving target like this will.

I completely agree with you on that, my point is that as this new technology trickles down people are not bothering to develop basic skills.

Society is going to suffer when there is a power outage because they will not be able to communicate with one another when they cannot text and they wont be able to write cause schools do not teach cursive writing.
