For dessert - Pineapple Anglefood Cake
super easy peasy
1 box of angel food cake mix (brand doesn't matter)
1 16 ounce can of crushed pineapple
Remove top rack from the oven so the middle rack does not have anything above it.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl dump the cake mix. Now dump the contents of the can of crushed pineapple
Stir with a spoon until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into a ungreased bunt cake pan.
Place bunt pan in the oven.
Bake for 45 to 48 minutes (read the directions on the box)
When baking is complete, remove pan from oven (use oven mitts) and place upside down on a beer bottle or something similar that fits in the hole.
Allow the cake to cool for 1-1/2 hours.
Place pan on counter, use a soft, flat tool or flat table knife (not a steak knife) to insert around the edges around the inside and outside.
Flip the cake over onto a plate. Ta-Daaaa. You have a very tasty, low calorie desert. It's good for breakfast too.
