Unlike Salami, the cost savings is not great. But I enjoy it, the making and eating.

Next up is Sweet Italian Sausage. I've about 7lbs of Pork Shoulder in the freezer, and at $1.25 a pound, this is a winner.

If you knew even half. The salami is potent. I don't have the greatest nose, but the tangy scent is over powering as I only get near the hanging area. What I've tasted of this smoked sausage beats anything I've ever tasted claiming to be the same.

Life is good!
