I like revolvers and carry a S&W 638 from time to time. I probably will end up with the new Kimber .

My S&W 629 6.5" stainless .44 mag is just too big to be a EDC. But it sure is great for hunting and blowing holes in things you didn't think you could blow a hole in.

I'd probably consider a K6 if it were in the $500 to $600 range. But not at $900

I agree, that's a pricey 357!

I would be more prone to buying the SP101 and save $300. One less shot sure but built like a tank and proven reliable.

I'm with Gator 100%. I have several S & W .357 snub nose revolvers. I have these two Stainless Charter Arms revolvers in .38spl (6 shot) and .44spl that are light weight and easy to conceal. All bought both for right at $600 and they will do everything the K6 will do.
So the Kimber revolver for $900 I am not a player.

...too heavy

If I was going to go that route the S&W 360pd weighs in at a little over 11oz compared to the K6s 22ozs or so? If could see spending that kind of money for something ultralight. The Kimber looks to be a fine handgun and they'll probably sell plenty, not my cup of tea though.
