Surefire XC1

I like it.

Only 1.6oz/w battery (AAA). Flush with the muzzle on my G19. 200 lumens is great light for indoors or outside at SD distances. L/R toggle and separate constant on. Don't think much of the constant on.

If you're looking for a handgun weapon light that isn't like Roseanne Barr riding a chihuahua, the XC1 may be worth considering.

Surefire XC1

Seen them around. People seem to like not having the typical bulbous flashlight. Only thing you'd need is a custom holster I would imagine as no one caters to these in the holster world that I have noticed.

There's already lot of holsters specifically designed to accommodate the XC1. This is just a few from the first page of a Google search.

HTC? IWB Pistol Holsters for Surefire XC1

Holsters for the XC1 - DARA HOLSTERS & GEAR

JM Custom Kydex XC1 IWB?s

Phantom LC Holster for Glock 19/23/32 with Surefire XC-1 Compact Weapon Light - Raven Concealment Systems

My Glock19 above is a truck gun. Fits fine in the same Remora holster that it always has.

Hmmmmm, interesting. For awhile, there weren't many when I was looking at them.

I still prefer the Streamlights or Surefires.
Their 600 lumen models are a mid range lumen that offers strobes, etc. I don't mind them.

I suppose, as you mentioned. Short distances are fine for them.

Cool! Really looks like part of the pistol not like some clunky add on. Makes me wanna get a Glock.

I have a Streamlight on my XD. Very powerful and carry is not an issue as it is my bedside handgun only.

Looks perfect on there. Surefire makes fantastic products. Very nice set up.

I haven't put calipers on to measure, but there's no discernible additional length or width. Seems like Surefire might have had the Glock 19 in mind when they made the XC1.

Got the XC1 from B&H Photo for $214 delivered. And they included a pair of Smith Optics Aegis Arc glasses, both clear and tint lenses and soft case kit. The dang things sell for $60-$80. Never would pay that kind of money just to get Military US-MIL-PRF-31013 standard. But what the heck... I'll take what they're giving.

Now all you need is a Glock.
