Dry Fire Practice

How many of you out there practice by dryfiring? Do you use any aids so it is not quite so monotonus? I have two I use to help me:

ShootOFF - Free Dry Fire Laser Firearm Training Software

Does anyone else use either one of these? With shootoff I can use two cameras at a time attached to my laptop. Sometimes I also incorporate the itarget app and have three targets to increase my flexibility.

I have a laserlyte target system and and use it regularly. One year ago I had spinal surgery and was told I couldn't shoot for 6 months. I practiced almost daily with the laser system and my first time back at the range shot as well as I ever did, yes dry fire practice works.

I forgot to mention that both of these applications are free. All you need is a magic laser bullet which can an be found on fleabay for a reasonable price. With shootout pro you do need a USB camera and there again fleabay has them at a reasonable price.
