Latest aquisition

A 9mm ECO arrived at the gun store for me and I picked it up today. It joins it's bigger brother a ECO in .45 and other sibling a Valkyrie in 9mm. Cleaned and oiled it and did a 5 pull average of the trigger. It's a 2018 manufacture, so the night sights are still good and strong.
She goes to the range later in the week. I still find it funny that DW gives you a bushing wrench for a pistol without a bushing.....

Congratulations, I’ve seen the ECO at my LGS and the pictures don’t do it justice.

Congrats, I bought one last year and it also came with the bushing wrench. The small paperclip thingy kimber gives you with the ulta works fine. Its a great shooter and I think youll love it.

I'm sure I'll like it. I wanted a nine, as I seem to be getting a bit recoil sensitive in my old age.....

Great find. I’ve been looking for one of them in 9 mm also. Just haven’t seen the right deal yet.
Please post a range report. Enjoy it.

Lon, maybe you know this already but I wanted to point out what the DW manual says about cleaning and using solvents. They recommend using cleaning solvent on the barrel and oil like FP-10 on everything else. Kroil is the only solvent they recommend on the finish other than oil. I’ve been using FP-10 to clean my Vigil Commander 9mm. If the barrel needs a better cleaning I’ll use Hoppe’s no. 9. See page 12 in the manual.
