In the pistol category, it'd be my Dan Wesson Valor 1911 in 9mm.

In the rifle category, I'd have to say my Henry .17 HMR lever action.

Gee this is a tough one. First eliminating those that I think of as EDC or home defense my first thought was my favorite was which ever one of the other dozen or so is in my hand at the time. So then I thought OK what gun goes to the range with me almost every time.

Then it was easy my Ruger MK II, 6", Government Model, .22. I've added some FO sights, Hogue grip, extended mag release and some Majestic mags. It's a deadly accurate, plinker's delight. It almost never stays at home.

(Oh our gun club only has ROs during matches so no one looking over your shoulder while practicing)

My favorite auto would be my first Kimber that I bought in 2013 which is my Pro Carry II 9mm. I'm a couple range sessions shy from hitting the 10K mark and darn near everything on/in it is new including a Cerakote finish.

My favorite revolver hands down would be my Match Champion 357.

For the outdoor range or just up in the mountains about 8 miles away for me my favorite pistol shoot has to be my Sig NMR 460. It's flat shooting, accurate, loud and easy to control. Problem is I never bring enough ammo because everybody I'm with and wants to try a couple mags.

Indoor range; has to be my Defender 9 mm. It's only been with me about two weeks and I've taken it to the range twice and I'm really loving that pistol. It shoots accurate and is breeze to control. I even amazed myself last time at how accurate and fast I can do double taps.

That would've been a fun one to bring to the old Trenton Fish and Game Club in Barneveld :-) I can almost hear them steel plates ringing :-)
