460 Conversion Kit

IMG_2499.JPG IMG_2500.JPG

Another really great thing about the 460 Rowland conversion kit is that it will fit any 5 inch 1911. Here it is on my new Remington R1S.

9 rounds of 255 GR hard cast @ 1300f/s: totals 8,613 ft/lb ME

I was looking for a S&W m29, but I could not find one. One dealer told me that he has a Super Redhawk .44mag, with a long barrel. I bought it, and it has on the barrel 'Model of 1988', the first year of this model. I got a Desert Eagle from one whose wife said that if you want the Camero, then get rid of something. It is .50AE Titanium. It is a handful when I shoot it one handed, so that the other guy on the other end of the open two-way Nextel could hear it, while he was at work. I compared the S&W .500mag to the .460, and I felt that three was better than one. .45LC, .454 Casull, and .460.
