A 2A common sense ruling

That a state with such rich historical history of patriotism and liberty should have such deplorable anti 2A attitudes. I do not envy my friends to my southern border. I escaped many years ago and will never return even though the southern 1/4 of the Live Free or Die state is turning into Mass Hampshire.
Its great to hear about common sense rulings:

I escape from Massachusetts in 75 to Southern California. Then escaped California in 94.

Actually as far as 2A, California was better than Massachusetts back in the early 70s. In Massachusetts you had to have a special permit from your local constabulary and if you were caught with a gun without that permit it was a mandatory one year in jail. For instance if you had gone duckhunting and left your shotgun in the trunk of your car and your wife had been found driving that car with a firearm in the trunk she could get the one year mandatory imprisonment. Basically it was a felony. So in a fact you had no 2A rights it was a privilege granted by your local sheriff or police chief.
