Wilson 9mm pro flat wire kit for sale...

I purchased a flat wire conversion from Wilson Combat for my Kimber Tactical Pro 9MM and shortly after sold the gun. The kit includes the flat wire spring, reverse end cap and guide rod. As many have discussed here it made take down a snap and ran flawlessly. See photos for description. I paid $56.84 including shipping. I will ship priority mail for $42.

Sorry Arland, but Chuck has me hooked to these flat wire springs. I have the NDZ kit for my pro sized guns and I'm slowly switching them over 1 by 1.....

It just makes sense to run flat wire recoil springs if you have a 4" or 5" 1911. Much longer spring life and easier take down.

I often wonder how WC came up with the claim that the flat wire will last "10 X" longer than the factory spring. Some of our springs are supposed to be changed at 800 and others at 1200. So does that mean someone shot the gun with the 800 round spring 8K rounds and it stopped functioning to it's capability ?

Things that make me go "hmmm".....

They have machines that compress and release the springs thousands of times to compute their average working life.

Ah, I didn't know that. I just imagined a guy getting to shoot thousands of rounds until the spring wore out and was envious of that guy.

Thanks for the info Mister Miyagi.....
