Useless Crimson Trace

Bought a Master Carry Pro last week laser quit working after 20 rounds, thought maybe batteries so replaced them that wasn’t the problem. Sent 3 emails to Crimson Trace not one response. I will never buy another Crimson Trace product or pistol with a Crimson Trace on it. If I can’t get it resolved may just remove it from the pistol, sucks because it added to the cost of the pistol. Dread having to ship it back to Kimber after waiting 4 weeks for the pistol. Frustrated over the issue I detest company’s with poor customer service.

I would call them during their normal business hours and speak with a real person. Iím sure they will correct the problem for you.

I have 4 handguns with Crimson Trace grips, Master Carry Pro, Covert Ultra, Solo, and a Ruger LCP. Had a problem with the one on my Solo, called them. They sent a new grip and had it in less than a week, never had me return the bad one. They also supply lifetime battery replacement on many of their products. Give them a chance and I'll bet they make it good.

Same good experiences with me. I had one on my Solo and I thought it was a little dim compared to others I had and they sent me a brand new one.
Call them and see, very good company.

I own several Kimber's with Crimson Trace grips never had a problem with them. More importantly I've called customer service several times always had 1st class service. They sent batteries and plastic shields free.

Give them a Call, forget the emails.

I bought my UC2 several years ago. I've fired 1,000 rounds through it because it's a carry gun, not a target pistol. One afternoon some baristas from B&N joined us at the Gander Mountain range (when it was still open) and we shot until we all had enough--if there is such a thing.

We used the laser, and it's still working now on the original batteries. I'd just call the factory or send it in. Kimber is very big on customer service. They replaced a Tac-Mag for free because I told them on the phone one had failed. I did not have to return the bad one for proof.
