Awesome Grip Maker

https://www.highfiguregrips.com/-gri...yZ3bDXprfiJD9E

Found this guy on another forum, he makes some of the best looking grips I have ever seen. Some are affordable, some are expensive, all are top quality. I'm going to order at least one set when I decide which pistol/pistols to put them on. I like the Burls, Mammoth Ivory.

Chuck, please move this thread if there is a better Topic for it.

Very nice but some are just way too expensive. Coco grips for example is pretty popular. Iíve seen them much cheaper. Others seem reasonably priced.

Ya gonna get a set?

Hey Arlan, the Mammoth Ivory would look good on your Wilson.

Yep! Maybe? Undecided which pistol to put them on. We really don't have BBQ's around here to attend and show off firearms and grips and holster's.
Well that's true some are expensive but if you consider some of even the semi custom and custom 1911's, Wilson, Baer, Brown, Wesson and others come with $50 dollar or less wood or even plastic, then IMO his grip prices are not out of line to add to a 2K+ pistol.

He's got some great looking grips there, I just may have to break out the old credit card.

Really nice. Artwork. Would be super for a display or collector piece. A little pricey for my shooters and competition guns. Two of my 1911s are $1000.00 competition guns but I don't own any Nighthawks or Wilsons Ö maybe someday I'll spring for custom but it's hard to justify 3-4k for one gun. Maybe a Les Baer Ö a little more in my range.

That's exactly what I was thinking about Phil! I really like several of his sets, could be a tuff decision. Or maybe I'll just buy some grips and get pistols for them later...wouldn't be the first time I've done that!!

There you go my Brother, wipe the DUST off that credit card, we only live once.

Ha!

I'm eyeing my AR parts box now trying to convince myself to build another rifle with the parts I have taken off other rifles!

Suppressors are the worst. One suppressor results in the purchase of several firearms to use it with.

I hear ya! I realized I don't have a 1911 in 9mm that is suppressor ready. And what I have in my mind that I want is not being made or I haven't found it. I have found close so I guess I will adjust my mind and make do. Leaders in the TFS 9mm are a factory Dan Wesson or a Kimber Aegis Elite Pro and making modifications.
