The 3-inch inner recoil spring.

I'm not (yet) beating my UC2 to death, but I thought I'd get the recoil springs. BTW, I already have that white plastic thingie with hole in the middle for depressing and then slowly releasing the spring tension during disassembly.

Anywho, I pull up the official Kimber page, find the recoil springs, and the outer replacement. I do not see the inner spring.

Did I miss something?

Shouldn't both be replaced at the same time, or does the inner spring wear at a differing rate?

(Oh, I'm also buying the 3.5 inch Kimber Kershaw for a forum polishing project.)

Hey Chico...

Kimber rarely has them in stock, so I ordered my Wolff spring set for the same gun that comes with the inner, outer and firing pin springs..

I accidentally ordered 2 sets and you're more than welcome to it for cost $8.99 or here's the link to Midway for the part...

Ya' know, I got a few boxes of Wolff everything here, back from the old days when I would actually wear stuff out regularly.

I'd still want the original Kimber one, if for no other reason to see if they are all the same. I mean, I doubt Kimber makes their own springs.

Thanks for the idea.
