Sending pictures/documents to PMs

I am trying to send a receipt with a tracking number to a client here. Obviously, the sheet would have confidential information.

I cannot seem to get a picture into my PMs. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this? The client has the tracking number, but would like his persoanl information, too.--Chico

E-mail might not be working, either.

I have a flip-phone. East German make. Runs on coal--when it runs.

This a customer service issue. Whether the knife gets there first or not, I am thinking about mailing him the label and the receipt to show tradesmen care. Let's be honest, I was embarrassed. First time client, and we cannot put a singular knife into a singular padded envelope and get it there on time?

He could be a soldier, an EMT or a cop. For us, knives are fun to collect. He might have needed it as a tool.

You cannot send images over PM unless its hosted on another site (Postimages, Photobucket, ect). If you wish to send the image securely (As hosting sites can have the image viewed by others) the best way is to request their email address and send it to them directly.

Thank you. This is what the client and I did last night. I am using a new computer, and I have not learned all the "work arounds."

My job (and only skill) is rubbing stuff with a wet rock, so you can probably figure the rest out...
