How do you post a poll?

Sorry if it's a stupid question. I have an issue I'd like poll the opinions of the members on, and can't figure it out.
Just call me Harold, or whatever you want.

OK, when you pick your topic to start a new thread in let's say off topic discussions. You'll see at the bottom of the page at the top of the page post new thread. when you push that button look at the bottom of the page and it will ask you if you want to post a poll and then just follow the instructions.
