I get what you say but this place is still a bit of a mystery to me. Who maintains and pays for it. Sure we just got a couple members made mods and it is friendly small etc. the things we like that make it different from the big forums. But the lingering questions I have keep me thinking that the other shoe will drop one day.

I assume it's all bunched together with all the forums that are at the bottom of our home page...Or it's Uncle Sam funding this to watch when we post pics with the serial # showing and they track our IP address and BAM!!! They now have that gun registered...{wink wink}....

A server, ISP connection, vbulliten license is not that expensive.

If it's one group that owns all the forums (44) listed on the bottom of the page then I could where it could be a money making business. Once you've bought the license for your forum software and got the design work done your only cost is the monthly hosting fee and I'm sure with 44 forums you can get a nice discount on that. I have been involved with running various forums for over 15 years and presently own and run my own forum. My monthly expense for it would buy you a lunch at McDonalds.

Sorry about that.My Mexican roomy {gigi} ordered chinese food for dinner and I had to chase the cat down the hallway after grabbing one of my crab rangoon.The little fur maker must think she is rescuing a relative.

Yeah, well, I've been up since 0245 this morning and starting to feel a little tired.
