OK, you silver tonged devil you convinced me, I just opened my last bottle of Elmer T Lee. It's getting very hard to find it in the liquor stores lately. They say it's made by a small distillery and is getting very popular in this area.

I went to the Jack Daniel distillery the other day on my way home from Nashville. The tour is awesome. Its a great place.

I took the tour back in the 90's and had a great time. What really impressed me was when one of the guys working there saw I had my English Setter in the truck with me. We talked bird dogs and quail hunting for a while then he called a young man over who took my dog out for some exercise, then put him in a kennel they had and got him a bowl of water. He said a lot of the employees were bird hunters and brought their dogs to work with them so the company built a kennel area for them.

I try not to pour the first one until I've got everything I wanted to do done and I'm ready to call it a day. That way I can sit and enjoy it without worrying about something I didn't finish.
