Good info. The only thing I would add, or caution, is to never, ever allow the slightest appearance of arrogance or unwavering finality when informing the officer you wish to speak to an attorney.
I have long enjoyed the information Mr. Ayoob presents. But I have often taken issue with his sometimes too casual approach. I'm sure, in his actual classes, he elaborates a lot more on the subject. The problem is, many more people will see these clips or read his articles.
