how do you remove the ambi safety on kimber micro, is it the same as full size ambi removal?

Thanks for the welcome, didnt think i would own a kimber til my hair was grey, then i saw the micro carry.

GOT IT! ill try to post some pics soon but its something like this

1. slide off, hammer back
2. safetey up in vertical position
3. wiggle or pry off the right side. (left hander safety side)
4. pull out other side (tight fit, twist out) maybe oil it first

i do not recommend taking this off unless you have a lot of patience and are good at tinkering with small parts. putting it back together was not as easy
