I have little use for currency, but enjoy what it can provide in the marketplace.

top 1 is a $1 from 1880.
all are pretty rare and in that condition even more so.
two bottom ones r gold notes from 1922,

Those are pretty cool, I don't think I've ever seen a gold note before.

When I was a kid, dollars that said "silver note" on the bottom were pretty common. Haven't seen one in decades.

My father had a couple hundred silver dollars hidden{or so he thought}when I was around ten years old{1973}I spent most of them over the time span of two years on baseball cards,wiffle balls&bats,model cars and whatever else a 10 yr old buys.My brother got caught taking a few by my father one day and was accused of taking them all.Boy did he get his arse beat that day.It wasn't until 2007 at the family Thanksgiving dinner that I finally owned up to it..I wonder what kind of $$$ they would be worth today??

I needed one but no I didn't.I also told my mother that the Hustlers magazines that she found under my brothers mattress were mine and not his.My Pentecostal mamma was furious over that and grounded him for a month..
