As I've been saying all along, we'll see. I'm hopeful but pessimistic.

...sounds like that may be "classified"? Are you sure it's ok to discuss such intel on a public forum? The boys at "the Company" may not approve of the their little brothers at the FBI's covert ops being exposed? Just sayin.

On the video, and I'm just spitballing, I think it may have actually been accidentally sent or downloaded in a compressed form??? Now I haven't watched the trial like most of you, but from the clips and recaps I've seen/heard it don't look like there's a sharp crayon in the box?
The State's Attorney used to pull the same bullshit on me. They would send me b&w fax's of photos.
I returned the favor and got my client off scot free when I showed up in court with 8x10 color glossies.

Any sane person already knew he was innocent based on the ample video evidence.

Now... the fucking criminals in the DAs office need to be addressed, and the cops arrested for the felonies they confessed to while on the stand!

God bless Kyle.

I believe the POTUS can't be sued, but everyone else should be fair game and I believe Sandman has already reached out...

I would hope an ambulance chasing lawyer, wanting to make a name for himself convinces Rittenhouse to sue all of them. I furthermore hope they all go bankrupt because of it.

I really don't know, but he wasn't president when he accused Rittenhouse of being a White Supremacist. Does becoming POTUS exempt you from every wrong you did before you were elected into office?

My guess is that the case could not proceed until Brandon is out of office but just filing it would be more than worthwhile. I agree with ninja that Kyle should go full nuclear on all the media types that have been lying about him.

I just heard lawyers talking about this on TV, they agreed that Biden can be sued for something he did before he became president.

You mean like when the porn star prostitute sued Trump?
Being president doesn't absolve you of a crime, especially one commited on live TV, before you were in office.
In fact, it is also specific grounds for impeachment.
High crimes and misdemeanors.
I listened to this shit.for 4 years.
Fuck Joe Biden.
Sue that fucktard.

Color me surprised (and happy.)
I didn't think the jury had the courage to find him not guilty on all counts.
I watched the interview with his attorney.
He said that the judge is one that will always give you a fair trial but you don't want to be sentenced by him.
When one goes to trial and loses, they alway, always and without a doubt, always get the maximum penalty. This is before any judge. This is how they clear their calendar. You can be offered 2 years but decide to go to trial. You will be sentenced to the maximum of 10 years if you lose. The obvious choice is to take the deal. However, if your client is facing life without parole because the state makes no offer, you have nothing to lose except months of trial preparation and loss of income. It's not fair to be punished for exercising your constitutional right to trial by jury to be sentenced by a judge who doesn't want this to be a habit with other defendants. That's just the way it is.
