That's one caliber that's missing from my collection, I understand that it comes close to my favorite cartridge the .41 mag. I'd like to get a 1911 in 10mm but there are other guns on my wish list before it.

I have had one for several years-it is a strong and solid , plus an accurate shooter.
one that loves the mighty 10!! I have a Crimson Trace grip laser on it-

Next one I would like is the new rail version. I had the target model several years ago and for some strange reason sold it.

Had one of the early Delta Elite's back in the late 1980's. Love the 10mm back then and love it even more these days. Picked up a Glock G20 Gen4 a while back and just added a new Kimber Stainless Target in 10mm last week. I feel the 10mm is without question one of the best pistol rounds available.

We need pictures. I love my 10mm Eclipse. Very fun to shoot and very accurate.

So far, the 10mm bug has not bitten me! That doesn't mean that it isn't buzzing around my head. I'm having thoughts of a Pro size Kimber or maybe a 10. What direction is the wind blowing today??:rolleyes:

I'd like to use a full size 10mm on a hunt sometime, maybe for hogs.

Don't think I'd want that as my range gun and definitely not my EDC.

There's no telling where the bullet would stop or how many people would be hit in an emergency (yeah, I know, rule #4)

I'll be using mine this fall to hunt. Especially for hogs! It's a blast at the range but I don't think for a carry gun. I imagine anything smaller than a 5" barrel will be tough to shoot..... At least for me anyway. I'm sure more seasoned shooters could do it, but not me.

Is 10mm ammo easy to find? How does it compare price wise to .45? I have never looked since I don't have one.
Its available. You may have to search a little but you have to for pretty much anything these days. The internet seems to be the best bet. My local indoor range carries a good stock.

I've only been shooting UMC 180grain MC so far during break in. They run about $32 per box of 50. I'll experiment with different ammo after I finish break in.

The 45ACP and the 10MM have always been my favorite two rounds in pistols. The 45ACP is my top choice in self defense and the 10MM in my opinion is the cats meow in high power auto pistol rounds. When you can get 41 magnum power in a standard size pistol(1911 size package to boot) the 10MM is a real winner. And it appears that the popularity of the 10MM is slowing gaining ground as more people discover what an awesome cartridge it really is. Now if they'll just start cranking out more 10MM brass for us reloader's life would be good:)
