My buddy lost his Crimson Custom Carry ii in the woods 2 years ago and we found it the other day, the slide and trigger are seized up with rust! Is there a way to get this fixed or is it too far gone?

maybe drop it in a pan of kerosene and let it soak ,check it once a week and see if it loosens up.thats all i have.good luck
