Did your gun come with a cable lock?

If it did, did you keep it. Mine go directly in the trash. What a waste of money. I know some guys use them as targets.

Yes my Kimber came with the lock. I don't use it now, but with grand kids coming, extra safety may be politically popular. With a rifle in the house a gun safe will be another thing I need.
