I did Keto during the lockdowns and lost about 35 lbs. The first week I was always hungry but once in ketosis I found it easier to make it between meals without snacks but I would still get hungry even though I was burning fat. Give it more time, it takes a month or 2 to really fully switch over to full ketosis and be used to it.

My weight loss did stall and the recommended course of action is intermittent fasting so keep that in mind as you measure your progress.
I added more carbs back around the holidays in 2021 and just recently went back to the below 20 carbs to undo the damage I did in the last 6 months. And yes I still get hungry at some point. Everyone is different.
