Just got back to the office from the range. Finally shot my new Eclipse Custom II 10mm for the first time.

Shot 100 rounds with no problems. Wow was it fun! Its as smooth as can be. That 10mm has some giddy up to it. I love the round.

The gun performed as good as it looks. Its a real joy to shoot. I cant wait to shoot it again

Like I said after shooting my Warrior SOC for the first time..... I'm hooked on this Kimber 1911 thing!!

Hit the range at lunch today. 2nd time shooting my eclipse. I had one FTF but other than that it was crisp and smooth just like last time. I've got 200 rounds down range now. My groups were very good and didnt even go to 9:00 (I'm right handed). Really focused on keeping my left hand strong and my trigger pull smooth. Damn if it didnt work! She is very accurate. I'm having a blast with the gun and the 10mm round!

Welcome to the forum from Ohio! Seems like an extreme wait. Have you looked elsewhere?

I see them often on Gunbroker. My dealer suggested I buy a Delta Elite from them. I want the Kimber.
I have tried to get a response from Kimber with no luck.

I bought mine from Fin Feather Fur in Ohio through Gun Broker. Had it in two days. Id check gun broker and even call Fin Feather Fur and see if they have one.

Good luck. It's an awesome pistol. Absolutely beautiful and shoots like a dream.
