Thanks for the pics, J. That stuff is definitely NOT Federal ammo. As stated above, it is probably house reloads. If you choose to use these loads, just be aware that the components were chosen for economic reasons, not function and accuracy reasons. They use the powder, primers and bullets that they can obtain the cheapest and are usable in numerous calibers and loadings. The labor, used to assemble it, is also chosen for economic reasons, not reloading skill or knowledge.
However, there ARE some ammo re-manufacturers that choose quality components and employ skilled, knowledgeable craftsmen to create high quality, consistent, accurate, custom quality ammunition.
