Finally after waiting just about the longest week in my life I picked up this little beauty tonight . Looks great, feels great, laser seems spot on straight out of the box , striped it cleaned and oiled it, slide seems super smooth as does the trigger, I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but will do this week end .

I don't think it makes a bit of difference. I never worry about it.

I live in Ohio like you. I personally believe we should not give out any information that could be traced back to you. Because we have to register our weapons it would not be to difficult to for some unsavory individual to take that serial number and get your home address. My point is, why take the chance? Better to error on the side of cation.
