Hi guys and gals, from Gladstone, OR

I'm a 23yr Army vet, and I just bought the Compact CDP II, because I remember the issue M9 grip being a little too big. This will replace my never fired EAA Witness 9MM/.40SW combo that I got about 15 years ago (and fortunately haven't had to use). By the way, it will soon be up for sale (after I get the Kimber) if anyone is interested.
Anyway, are 7rd capacity mags the largest I can go? I see an 8rd Wilson on buy.com that is titled "Wilson Combat Colt 1911 Compact/ Officer's 8-round Magazine"...it says "Compact"?
I'd also like to pick your brains about a few good IWB/pocket holsters for it...I will continue to look online, but I get the stink eye from the "Fam" every time I spend too much time here :)

Cheers!
Doug

Nice gun! Good job. Yes you can fire any 7,8 or 10 round mag in your cdp. Ten round will stike out the bottom alittle, but how cares. My iwb is a summer special from Desaneti , i think spelled it wrong. Great holster. Glad to talk to you. Doug
