Hi all, I'm new here, and wanted to ask if anyone knows of a way to get the slide to lock back on the last round of the Target .22? Thanks.

Welcome.

It doesn't hold open on the last round.
Its based on the Ceiner style conversion kits and they don't hold open either.
I have one of the kits.
Use HV ammo. They work great.

Welcome to the forum Rogue_Shooter, I have both the Target and Compact kits and as bad ninja said, they are not designed to lock back on the last round.

Try a GSG magazine-I had the Kimber unit in full size and the GSG magazines worked to hold slide open.

Wow really? Any idea why they did that, and the stock mags won't?
Something along the lines that the slide notch would prematurely wear-mine didn't although exhibit that problem.
I had 3 GSG mags I had acquired and all 3 worked great-although I think they are a little pricey.
