Ok, so my daughter probably won't go for "Kimber" as a name for her daughter, but I am, at the moment, at the hospital and my daughter is in labor with our first grandchild — a girl.

When I logged onto the hospital wifi and came here, this site was blocked! I got a message saying I was in violation of the internet policy since I was on a site in the category "weapons." Ain't that a crock. If anyone here has ever been shot by a web site, I'll apologize.

So, I switched off wifi and went to 3G....and here I am. Illegally. Waiting for baby Kimber.

I always laugh when I hear "Army brats" because my wife used to teach at Fort Knox School and the kids always said "yes, ma'am." And when their parents came in for a conference they would say "yes, ma'am" too. Being an individual is fine in some ways but I admire military discipline.

Thanks everyone. She was born a 4 this morning, perfect and beautiful. Her name is Teagan. My daughter is careful about putting pictures tagged with names into cyber space, so I won't post her pic or full name. But thanks for all the kind wishes. My youngest daughter drove up from college this morning and my oldest son came up too, so I'll have all the kids together today. Kids are the best part of life. Now if I can just work in a trip to the range.....
