Bought a new Kimber micro 9 Crimson in desert tan. This is not my first Kimber or my first Crimson. Never had any issues with the others. The micro 9 is a different story. Cleaned and oiled before taking it back to the range like all pistol parents do..
This gun consistently jammed. Left one spent round half in the chamber and the next round stuck up underneath, trying to exit like a newborn baby. I have to drop the mag while pulling the slide back. Then rerack so the spent casing ejects. Jams 2-3 times on every clip (6 or 7 rounder). In addition, first 100 rounds fired without the laser on. Turned it on, it would turn off in 2-3 shots. Turned the gun sideways and then the laser turned back on. It turns out the switch to turn the laser on and off is just kind of floating. There is no hard click on or off. VERY disappointed but when it did work, shot great. Dealer said they will call Kimber and let me know. Their gunsmith did not want to look at it even though I had a major jamming issue and I bought it from them 2 days ago. Thoughts on all this?
