Hey y'all, I own Super America Serial # 2. Does anyone know where serial # 1 is?

Welcome to the forum from beautiful downtown Monroe, Georgia!!!

What caliber is your Kimber Super America? How about a picture or two. We like stuff like that. When you get the chance, after your next range trip, please post a range report. That is IF you shoot your low serial number rifle.

As for the location of Serial #1, well, I have no clue. You could contact Kimber and I'm sure they would at least let you know were it was initially shipped. That would at least let you know what state it is in. Unless the owner is a member here and chooses to acknowledge your request, you are pretty much up the proverbial creek without a motivational device!!! Good luck with your search!!!

Hell, I'm lucky I know where MY Kimber is!!!

Below the message input box, click on "Go Advanced"

Above the input box you will see a paper clip icon. Click on that.

Click on Choose File in the dialog box that pops up.

Locate and select the photo on your computer that you wish to upload.

Now click on upload.

Once that is complete, return to the dialog box, click on the paper clip icon again. Select the photo. It will be inserted (a tag is shown) into your message.

Thanks Insta-Gator RE: SA2

This Super America serial # 2 is chambered in .22 LR. The name Super America was actually arrived at by Lou Leonard on a flight with Greg Warne to a gun show in Las Vegas. Greg then let Lou pick the wood and let him have SA2.

You can see in one of the pictures the letter from when Lou sold it.

It has original box and packing and looks to be unfired.

Have always wondered what happened to SA1.
