Not seen that Sig in person. I do have a Kershaw knife with the Rainbow finish that is my "dress up Sunday knife". If you think about it the factory finish on a lot of guns does not "hold up", if it is used and carried. So can't dismiss it or any other on that fact. I was wondering how the Sapphire measured up did not expect them to be that rare. Hard to believe that at least one of you guys don't own a Sapphire.
