Did you call? If so, I would call again and ask to speak to management to see if they can resolve the issue on their end.

I would give it a couple more days and then call your credit card company, if they charged you. From my experiences with USPS, I'd say they lost your package.

Are you saying the shipper has not shipped yet, or USPS is sitting on them and not forwarding them to you?

But if it's USPS, both 2Sharp2 and I have an ugly story. Imagine not getting your magazines but just a flat empty box with no explanation. Three lost very rare Colt Woodsman mags to Postal Hell. I'll never use them again for anything of value. And don't get me started on filing a 'lost' item report. Grrrrr!

I hope you get this resolved and receive the magazines you paid for. Let us know how it shakes out.

If tracking shows USPS is waiting for the package, that means the shipper printed a label, and got a tracking number, and has not yet given it to the post office.

Contact the shipper and ask why they haven't handed your shit off to the PO.

Contact his local PO and find out if the package is even there. Why go back to someone who may be lying? Get the real facts before going back to the seller.

I mentioned talking to the vendor since my wife and I just went through this dilemma with a different company. The item was “ready to be shipped” but the vendor never delivered it to the shipping facility. It wouldn’t hurt to call and find out who has the merchandise.

The vendor didn't send the package to the PO.

Contacting the PO as a recipient is a waste of time.

The shipper is the one who paid the PO and thus, has to be the one that deals with them.

If the shipper has the ability to print labels at home, as soon as he prints one the status is changed to "shipped." I wish they'd change that, but there you go.

I have better luck with USPS and UPS than with FedEx. My last FedEx package was left leaning against the mailbox (500 ft from house and can't be seen, busy road) while the driver put into the computer that he left it on the porch. The photo that was supposed to be "proof" of delivery was solid black.

I had a similar incident where the seller/shipper printed the label so it said shipped but no update in tracking for days. I finally contacted the seller and turns out the package slipped between his seats. Once he located it all was good. So contact them again as it could be a mistake. Hope it all works out favorably!!

The USPS tracking software sucks sometimes. I've had stuff not move for a week and then move reals fast to my destination. I had another shipment that said it was almost here and then almost all the way to the place of origin and then turn around and get here in a day or two. Look who has been hiring who over the last twelve years and theirs the problem. Shitty tracking software and less than stellar employees. It isn't your Daddy's post office anymore!
