I am retired USAFwho got my start with semi autos in the Security Forces shooting the M9, but after the first time shooting the 1911, that was it. Lefty though. Ambi safety is a must! But breaking my strong hand grip to do a mag change always bothered me.

And I found this, made in Belgium. It changed my world as far as reloading and confidence carrying.

Does anybody else run one of these? I've one installed on both my 9mm Kimber's (Pro Carry two-tone, Ultra Carry two-tone) my 9mm STI Trojan V, and my Colt 45 LW Government. Hundreds of rounds through each. Never had a malfunction.

I love the mid-coast. What town? I used to live in West Bath (nice and quiet) and Brunswick. I'm living outside of Portland now.

Spent my early years in Rockland; "the Lobster Capital of the World" ... a drinking town with a fishing problem. After school I moved just up the coast to the tourist wet-dream of Camden; "Where the Mountains Meet the Sea." It was only 10 miles, but an entire world apart.

As those of us who grew up around those parts used to say: "Camden by the sea, Rockland by the smell!"

My folks retired to Brunswick and Topsham (sister is still there), great area. I also lived in Portland for a few years back in the '80s and again in the '00s, love it. Was just at Gritty's back in November, having an IPA and a big old plate of haddock & chips!

Welcome to the forum from your next door neighbor; live in NH but I've got property in Maine. I've never seen or used the BH Spring, but its looking pretty interesting to me; my son is a southpaw. Getting an ambi safety put on my 460 R SS long slide, mine as well look into the mag release too.

I've seen those grips on the Ed Brown Evo 9mm and for some reason I really like them.

Did you buy the Labyrinth grips direct from Ed Brown or some other source?

The Labyrinth grips came from brownells.com but are no longer on the website. Be sure and check that they are ambi cut if you need it. I got them for my Colt and bought the wrong ones. They come with or without. The best way for to buy them is through Ed Brown. I’m very happy with them.

Thanks. After my post to you, I found and ordered a set yesterday direct from the Ed Brown site for $55 bucks. Not sure how much Brownells was charging. I'm planning on putting them on my old Colt Government Series 70 in nickel. No need for ambi safety cut on it.
Ed Brown site had free shipping on $100 and over. They wanted $12.95 just to ship the grips so I added two stainless magazines to make my total $101.90.
