I have a newbie question, will my new pistol fire 115 grain ammo without all kinds of issues?

Just purchased my first Kimber. An Ultra carry II 9mm. Brought it home today, cleaned it and off to the range tomorrow. Can't wait to give it a try.

Brand new! My wife couldn't decide what to get me for Christmas so she said, " buy yourself a present"! Lucky me. She wasn't real happy with the price. Better to ask forgiveness than permission.Welcome. Was it new or new to you?
