Just got back from the range and I was cleaning my two new Kimpro mags. and I notice that one of the mags. had a rattle when shaking it. I took the bottom plate off the mag. and removed the spring. It was then I noticed the follower had broken in two pieces back in the area where the top and the skirt meet.
I just bought these mag. and this is the first time out with them.
Anyway I sure hope Kimber will send out a new follower to me, I don't see a need to send the complete mag. back to them.

That'll teach you for going out on a night like this!! Seriously, I'd take it back to where you bought it. They should replace it. I recently had a similar experience with a Glock mag, and the place I bought it at gave me a new one.

LGS has Laserlyte. It looks kinda fun, but it's not cheap. IMO not as much fun as the real thing.

I would return it to where ya got it, and also maybe just get one of the Wilson plastic followers? I think its just an upgrade part? I could be wrong...

I took the defective mag. back to the store and they exchanged it for me.
