Well i took the new kimber to the range today for the first time. I have to say i had some reservations about buying a kimber because alot of people i know have either had bad luck with kimbers or know someone who has . After today i can guarantee there is atleast 3 more kimbers in my future. So at the range i ran 100 flawless rounds down the pipe and with awsome accuracy. I used the kimber mag , wilson mags a para mag and a cheapy 1911 mag with no problems . I ran one mag that had a mix of different jhp rounds in it and it fed , fired and ejected all of them with no problem. One thing i do have to say is my para gi ltc commander had very close if not the same accuracy but my springfield loaded model was lacking compared to the kimber and the para. Here is a pic of my first target and the first 14 rnds i have put through the kimber at 7yds. Look out bad guys this is my new every day carry weapon.

That's real close to covering all of them with a quarter. If every gun I own shot like the Kimbers, I'd look a lot better than I do. Nice job!

Glad you are happy and that it shot well for you. I certainly am pleased with
my Kimber and have had no trouble at all with it.
