New Kimber TLE/RL finish question

I just bought a used TLE/RL at my lgs. Guy behind the counter said that the gun had been sent off and refinished with an NP3 and Robar finish. I looked up the company online and they appear legit. I love the finish on it, it looks great. I will post a pic later.

My question is...anyone familiar with this finish, or have any opinions or comments on it?
