New guy here, born and raised in S. Florida, just picked up a Kimber 84 in
7mm-08 and found this forum while doing some research. Drooled over a bunch of 1911's you guys have, hopefully I can contribute.

Welcome, again.

Since you like the Kimber rifles, here's a pic I took at the LGS.

Welcome again to the forum, feel free to join in any conversation that interests you. You don't have to own a 1911 to talk about them and be sure to check out the off topic-discussion sub form.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Kimber.

I'm in Ky and shoot a Stainless Pro Carry II. I also hate mayonnaise more than any human on the planet.

Hey Ya'll!

Welcome to the forum from beautiful downtown Monroe, Georgia!!!
:cool::cool::cool:
Monroe Water Tower.jpg

No experience with a Kimber 84, but my son has a Remington Model Seven in 7mm-08. It is absolutely devastating on deer if fed Hornady Superformance 139 grain GMX bullets. It leaves an exit hole that I can stick my fist through and touch nothing on either side!! :eek: They drop like a sack of potatoes!!:D:D

Enjoy your new rifle. Shoot often and be safe!!;);)

Former UFer here

Welcome from Charlotte NC, as a former Gator (UF) welcome to the newbie club!

Just a warning... this forum is bad.

Before I shot my first kimber 1911, I thought, why would anyone want a 1911?
Now I wonder why everyone doesn't have 2 or 3...
