I have had the same results with my Solo CDP LG as you report. Love it...!

Try monitoring the Kimber website for magazines. Twice, in the last month they have listed Solo 6 round magazine in stock. I bought two & received them less than 2 weeks later (shipped FedEX ground).

I'm still watching for the recoil spring assembly to show up as available & plan to buy one just to have when/if I need one.
