Also found this sight on the Walther Forum. I bought my first Kimber in 1992. I own a Custom Target, Grand Raptor (custom shop) and a Ultra Covert II also from the custom shop. I shoot alot and no problems with any. I also have a Kimber SVT 22 rifle that is the best rifle I have owned.

New to the Site - GREAT SITE!

Recently bought my first EVER firearm - a used Kimber Eclipse Ultra II - it already had a "carry melt" treatment done on it similar to what Kimber does in their "Custom Shop". Has had a trigger job too - and it's "like butta!". Love the compactness for CC. Stainless frame gives better control than the alloy Ultra CDP II, which is what made me want a Kimber in the first place. Just put Philippine Mahogany grips on her, and she looks GREAT!

Hello All,
I found the Forum with a Google search. I just purchased my first Kimber, a Solo. It is different from my Glock in the way it handles, to say the least. I just have to get used to the short barrel and recoil.

Lol, I get lucky every now and then.

I wish he was online I'd like to ask him about his Kimber SVT .22lr rifle. I found used one for sale on GB but I think the starting price to open the auction is to high?
