Number three! New to me today. Traded for this custom II today. Has a nice set of grips and a magwell. Came with a Wilson mag. Has a pretty good factory trigger. No creep and breaks at 4#. Put a 100 rds thru it this afternoon. No hiccups and shot good. Still saving my money for a Target or match but had a chance to grab this one so jumped on it.

That’s a sweet one buddy! I would have grabbed it too! I’ve got his shorter brother, the tactical ultra II.

How can I tell how old my Kimbers are ? I tried by serial number but nothing definite came up. My TLE II has a K159XXX and my Custom has K636XXX.

A quick call to Kimber customer service will usually do it, if it’s not waaaay back! My tactical ultra is from 2006 according to them!

Called Kimber and got the dates on my pistols today. TLE II was 2005 and Custom I just got was 2019. Thanks again for help.
