Hello, had a Custom 2 but my son wanted it awfully bad so he owns it now. We recently got CC here in Illinois and I jumped on the Springfield XDS band wagon. It shoots OK even after the 2 1/2 month wait on the upgrade. But the DA trigger just ruins it for me. So... Ultra Carry 2 !!! I found the best deal on Gunbroker and its on its way to my FFL guy. I've bought Truglo TFO sights, really nice Kimber checkered grips, Wilson extended Slide release, and 2 extra Kimber 7rd mags (stainless no less). I feel this is going to be my EDC when its all said and done.

Welcome to the forum from Ohio!! When you get your new Kimber read the owners manual and follow the cleaning and break in procedures and you'll have a fine concealed carry gun that will give you years of reliable service!
