New member, as of today. I'm an old dude that loves 1911's. Retired Air Force (30 yrs)....been burning ammo all my life. Currently own a Crimson Ultra Carry II (that I was ready to throw out the nearest window, until I adjusted the extractor rod....now, I love it). Anticipating next week's delivery of a Stainless Steel Gold Match II to replace the one that I (stupidly) sold a few years ago. Enjoying your posts, and will contribute whenever I can.
