Not only my first Kimber but my first 1911

Here is my new Warrior SOC. Not only is it my first Kimber, but its my first 1911. Stripped it down and cleaned it last night. Headed to the gun club this weekend to shoot for the first time. Can't wait. Its not the best picture, but it sure is pretty in person!

Welcome to the group. You think it's purty now, wait until you shoot it. They look even better after a few rounds find their way down range.

Shot 100 flawless rounds yesterday!! It is a true precision machine! It was smooth as can be and shoots as good as it looks. I had a blast. I have the Kimber 1911 bug now. I even had a few guys ask what it was up at the range. Proud Papa!

I'll bet everyone remembers their first time shooting a 1911. I wont forget.
