So I have some questions.
I am at the range with my friend Bob.
Bob is shooting a nice pistol, but shoots mine and likes it even more.
I am shooting Bob's pistol, and Like it better than mine.
Can bob and I trade? Do we need to involve an FFL?
Can I sell Bob my gun? Do I need to involve an FFL for that?
What if they are rifles instead of handguns?
Is it State by State? or is it a federal thing?
